What is the turn around time?

The promised delivery is within 24 - 48 hours.  

How are my photos delivered?

All image files are delivered via a Dropbox download link.  No need to be a Dropbox user either.  Just click a link, choose download as zip and choose a location on your computer for the download.

Will the listing photos look okay on our MLS?

I have spent quite a bit of time searching for just the right file size and resolution to look great in MLS as well as all the other places they get syndicated to.  I am happy to be able to tell you that not only will they look fantastic on MLS and syndication sites, but will also be suitable for social media and printing on locally prepared flyers such as what you might print from your computer's printer for inside the house and info boxes.

Are there any limitations on what can I do with the photos?

Ownership rights of all photos is retained by the photographer.  However, the license you purchase gives you the freedom to use the photos for any commercial purpose you want.  The only thing you cannot do is sell or give the photos to any third party.  If someone else wants to use the photos (builders, stagers, renovation contractors) you are required to refer them to me to purchase their own license.  

What does my client need to do to prepare?

Basically the home needs to be show ready and all prep work by vendors must be completed before our scheduled photo shoot.  Arrangements must be made to remove or isolate all pets during the appointment as well.  In addition to your typical preparations for show ready status, there are a few additional things the client should do to prepare for my visit.  Please download my Homeowner Prep Sheet and pass this along to your clients to help them understand what needs to be done.
